Cyrkus Academy of Football was founded by Juan Fernandez & Cristhian Arroyave with the goal of building something special in the world of football academies and clubs.
Our goal is simply to help a select few talented and dedicated young players, who truly love the game, achieve their highest potential and along the way, share our love of the beautiful game.

We're not for everyone - and that's OK.
We aren’t looking for the next Messi. We are however, looking for talented players who truly love the game and who prioritize making themselves the best footballers they can be. We’re accepting young players, between the ages of 8 and 14, willing to put in the time, focus and energy needed to play competitively through middle school, high school and on to college. If your child is willing to give us their very best, we’re here to give them our best and help them reach those goals.
We focus on proper technique above all. It's our foundation and everything we do is done with technique and intention in mind. From ball mastery to dribbling, juggling, touch, passing, to strong, accurate kicking... we start with technique, first.
Without speed, you're beat. Without agility, you're beat. Without fitness, you get the idea... We focus entire sessions on developing speed, agility, strength and fitness. Fast feet, lightning reactions, constant awareness, timing and coordination... these are fundamental.
We expose our players to every level of game play against local youth teams and even adult recreational teams. We participate in live matches focusing on theory, strategy, position play and above all what unselfish, team-centered football really is. But we don't stop there. Our students attend local high school, college, semi-pro and professional games with out players... being inspired and learning from these in-person experiences, is a fundamental part of what we do for our players.

Registration is paid once a year upon acceptance to the academy and every year your child is with us.

Our pricing is simple, for every month that we work with your child, we charge $100 on the first of that month. This includes as much time as we need to help your child reach their goals. It could be 3 sessions a week, it could be the min of 1 session per week within that month.

$200 covers 2 full kits, one for games and a second for training. Each includes shirt, shorts and socks.
We will host a minimum of one session per week, typically on Friday nights at West Orange Soccer Complex, field #4, from 5:15pm to 7:45pm. In addition, depending on our players and their individual needs, we will host one to two more per week. These additional sessions will focus on agility and fitness as well as game theory and attending live games.
Yes. Every session that is appropriate for your child’s skill level is covered. As an example, if we have a session for older players, that may be too advanced for your child, they would not be able to attend. The goal is for every one of our students to be able to attend as many sessions as we offer that are at their level. Ideally, we want to have 2 to 3 points of contact per week for each student and a min of 4 sessions a month.
Yes and no. These are what we call “small-group” sessions. We do not believe in large sessions with a single coach. On average, we want to have 5-6 players per coach. While this may not always be possible, our goal is to always offer individual attention and personalized development plans for each student.
Yes, however private one-on-one sessions are sold separately.
Coach Juan has coached recreational U13 and U14 teams over the last 3+ years including a lossless season for the Winter Garden Rec, Orange Crush U13 team. Juan has also coached with Striker soccer and plays in various adult leagues in the Central Florida area and is working on his U.S. Soccer D License.
Coach Cristhian has coached U8 through U16 teams over the last 4 years. In addition, Cristhian is a Semi-Professional Player on several teams in the Central Florida area. Cristhian’s highest level played was second division Professional in his native Colombia.
We will also be inviting guest coaches from time to time, from Semi and Professional teams both local and foreign.
Our goal is to have just enough players to form a world-class U14 team that will participate at the World of Disney and within Central Florida leagues, similar to how clubs do, but at half the price of clubs.
The short answer is we can’t. The academy is in large part, personally sponsored by it’s co-founder Juan Fernandez & Juice Financial. The academy’s goal is to cover expenses and be able to pay for our coaching staff. Eventually, our intention is to cover at least half of our needed revenue through sponsorships and other charitable donations, allowing us to offer top-tier coaching at the most accessible prices possible.
WE NEVER WANT TO TURN AWAY A TALENTED AND DEDICATED PLAYER BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE THE FINANCIAL MEANS TO PLAY AT THIS LEVEL.
AS SUCH, WE WILL BE OFFERING SCHOLARSHIPS TO THOSE PLAYERS WHO DEMONSTRATE EXCEPTIONAL TALENT AND DEDICATION BUT WHO OTHERWISE, MIGHT NOT HAVE THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO PAY FOR CLUB LEVEL TRAINING.
